The Rancocas State Park Bluetrail, NJ's Finest Natural Treasure "Hidden in Plain Sight" came about because people realized the value of a local resource w/ enhanced public access. All participants of a kayak excursion through Rancocas Pathways and Associates and / or for rental of kayak and gear are required to sign a legally binding insurance wavier of risk release. Rancocas Pathways requests you download a copy of the release and bring it with you on the day of your excursion. You are not allowed to participate and or rent equipment unless these documents are filed w Rancocas Pathways on the day of your paddle.
Rancocas Pathways is a 501(c)(3) organization as determined by the IRS. As such, donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed. Check with your accountant if you have questions.
