 multi-use public access n promotes the nomination
 of a Rancocas Ceek
National
Water Trail through fun, recreation,
stewardship, exercise,
conservation and education.



Discover, explore and paddle down onto a great distinct, semi-wild polygon of green. Here the Rancocas Creek confluence joins together the North and the South Branch deep inside Rancocas State Park.



Rancocas Pathways kayaking eco-safaris  (2-4 hours in length) gives participants a close-up perspective on the diverse 1,200 acre tidal ecosystem of Rancocas State Park.  An exemplary semi-wild area of tidal woodlands tucked away amid heavily developed Burlington County.  



Rancocas Pathways, 501c3 organization offers year-round kayak eco-safaris on the Rancocas State Park’s, Rancocas Creek Bluetrail, NJ’s Finest Natural Treasure .  Come paddle down, and be  “Hidden in Plain Sight” along the Rancocas State Park Bluetrail.

Led by experienced guides, kayak eco-safaris enable visitors to gain a rich, fuller understanding of this areas beautiful and ecologically diverse heritage and natural history.


Safaris don’t require alot of experience, just a bit of stamina, to explore by kayak some of the things that make this place so special. Stand-out features include tidal marshes ringed by woodlands and grasslands vibrantly, alive with turtles, crawfish, diving ducks, migrating and resident songbirds, raptors, herons, egrets, Osprey, Eagles, otters, beavers, deer and more and, perhaps most important, solitude.  Paddle up to Mt. Holly and return on NJ’s only close-looped water trail.

Kayak tours are $30 per person.  Rentals available.  All excursions leave (10 AM)  and return Melpine Landing, Rancocas State Park.   Tours fill quick, reservations recommended.  


Available dates include or by appointment: May 20 and 21; June 3, 4, 11, 24  July  1,2, 6,15,23, 27  Aug 5,6,12, 23, 27 Sept 2, 3  Fall Schedule to be posted.
